James and his crew were fast, courteous, professional and their work is beautiful!!! I am asking for help in other others of the house and recommending them to all my friends and coworkers. We worked with several teams in Dutchess county and Painting PLUS is the best team on this side of the Mississippi.

Our Story Family-run painting,
Family-run painting,
built to last
Painting Plus is a family-operated painting company based in Saugerties, NY, serving homeowners and property owners across the Hudson Valley. Behind the business is a single dad of four who has spent over 30 years working in the trade. That kind of experience shows in every project we take on.
We started this company with a simple goal: deliver high-end results that last, backed by a team that treats your home with the same care we give our own. Being a family-run operation means our reputation is personal. Every job we complete reflects directly on us, and we take that seriously.
Our work is backed by a 3-year warranty on painting services and a 5-year warranty on cabinet painting. We use the highest-quality materials available because cutting corners on materials means cutting corners on your home. We don't do that.
We handle a wide range of services, including interior and exterior painting, pressure washing, drywall repairs, plaster repairs, cabinet painting, and kitchen renovations. Whether you need a fresh coat on your siding, a full kitchen cabinet refresh, or wall repairs before paint goes up, we have the skills to handle it from start to finish.
We serve homeowners across the Hudson Valley and surrounding communities, including Kingston, Woodstock, Rhinebeck, Red Hook, Hudson, Catskill, Germantown, Tivoli, Millbrook, Staatsburg, Livingston, Athens, Tannersville, Clermont, Clinton Corners, LaGrange, Salt Point, Red Oaks Mill, Dutchess County, and beyond. If you're in the region, chances are we work in your area.
When you call Painting Plus, you're not calling a large faceless crew. You're calling a dad who built this business with his own hands and stands behind every project. That personal accountability drives the way we work and the experience you get from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.

How We Work
What you can count on
30 Years of Skill
Our crew brings over three decades of hands-on painting and renovation experience to every job. That depth of knowledge shows in the prep work, the finish, and the details most painters skip.
Warranty-Backed Work
Every exterior paint job comes with a 3-year warranty, and cabinet painting is backed by a 5-year warranty. You get lasting results, not just a fresh coat.
Premium Materials Only
We use highest-quality paints and materials on every project, interior or exterior. Better materials mean better adhesion, truer color, and a finish that holds up through Hudson Valley seasons.
Family-Operated Care
Painting Plus is family-operated, led by a single dad who treats every home like his own. You work with people who have a personal stake in getting it right.
Full-Service Repairs
We handle drywall repairs, plaster repairs, and surface prep before a single drop of paint goes on. Your walls are ready for a finish that looks clean and stays clean.
7-Day Availability
We're available seven days a week from 7am to 8pm, so scheduling works around your life, not the other way around. Reach us by phone or email whenever it's convenient for you.
